Why is this role important?
We’re looking for a self-starting Business Development Representative to join our founding outbound team - working directly with the Founders and the GTM team to define and scale our outbound motion from the ground up.
This is not your typical BDR role. It’s for someone who wants to go beyond scripts, surface-level selling, and templates - someone who’s excited to shape our GTM playbook while making a measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
You'll be responsible for generating and nurturing top-of-funnel opportunities, reactivating warm leads, and driving early-stage engagement through to handover. You’ll also help design scalable outbound processes, set the rhythm for follow-ups and reactivation campaigns, and experiment with messaging and channels to unlock what works.
What you’ll be doing
- Source and qualify high-potential accounts through outbound (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Book and track qualified, high-intent demos with ideal hotel prospects
- Own and nurture early-stage relationships - re-activate old leads, follow up with warm prospects, and progress conversations to the next stage
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product to experiment with new outreach campaigns and playbooks
- Track your performance, test new messaging, and share real-time insights with the team
- Attend events and represent Hotel Manager with confidence and clarity
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM records (HubSpot) and help refine our lead-scoring and nurturing logic
- Stay on top of market shifts, prospect signals, and competitor moves to fuel a dynamic outbound engine
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to inform GTM experiments and feedback loops
