Creating an entirely new category in hotel software.

Why this role matters

As an early design hire, you’ll own the product experience across guest, staff, and admin tools – and raise the bar for everything users touch. You’ll be joining just as we hit escape velocity: traction with iconic hotels, strong GTM signals, and increasing demand for enterprise-grade UX polish.

We’ve built an all-in-one platform powering modern hotel operations. But now we need someone to lead on how it feels. We’re looking for a designer who can combine speed and finesse, shipping high-clarity, high-utility experiences across web and mobile with precision and intent.

You’ll work closely with our founders, engineers, and product leads - collaborating daily, moving quickly, and designing with intent.

What are the role requirements?

We believe the right person will be able to:

• Design and iterate user journeys, flows, and interfaces across our platforms - fast.
• Work across user types: from luxury guests to hotel GMs to frontline staff.
• Take vague ideas, research insights, or hotelier/guest feedback and turn them into clear, buildable, user-first solutions.
• Elevate the visual design of our product without bloating the system. Simplicity > cleverness.
• Bring consistency to patterns, spacing, typography, and motion across all modules.
• Collaborate tightly with engineers and founders in-person to move fast and course-correct often.
• Balance short-term execution with long-term system thinking (reusable patterns, evolving design system).
• Bring an opinionated yet collaborative approach to product thinking - pushing UX improvements, not just reacting to briefs.
