Creating an entirely new category in hotel software.
Why is this role important?
We’re looking for a self-starting marketer who loves building brands and driving growth in a fast-paced, design-led and iterative environment. This is our first hire in growth/marketing, so you’ll have a huge impact on our direction and trajectory as a brand and company.
What are the role requirements?
We believe the right person will be able to do both day-to-day execution & strategic thinking. You'll be one of the first growth members on our Marketing team, which means you’re willing to get “stuck in” and get your hands dirty, whilst also building the future direction of the team:
- Build and execute our 0→1 marketing strategy. Building a great product is worthless if no one knows about it — and you’ll help us make sure everyone does.
- Help us build a brand that people love. You’ll help us make sure we find the right ICPs and talk to them about our product in an authentic and consistent way across all our touch-points.
- Build the foundations for a community of advocates. We think fostering a strong community will play a critical role in our GTM.
- Help us work in the open. We ship at a fast pace but don’t do a good job sharing these updates and bringing our users along the journey with us. You’ll help ensure we make the most of each launch and track adoption of new features.
- Come up with creative ways to get Hotel Manager in front of the right people. Ads, events, stunts, swag, influencers, campaigns, PR, partnerships - anything is fair game.
You’ll be a great fit if you have …
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally at tech and product-driven companies, or within hospitality
- Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns from ideation to delivery, driving user acquisition
- Experience in content creation (writing, video, and/or graphic design) and event marketing
- A creative mindset, capable of crafting compelling content and campaigns that stand out
